This is the info I have found on my Jones line.....with much help from researchers and descendants Joan Sukow ,  Jackie Ullom ,  Albert Kirkland ,   Mary Jones .
Info from Albert  states :  "William Jones'  parents were John K. Jones and Orpha Gibson, John K.
was b. Ky. 1750".

              William Jones ¹  was born circa 1807 in Kentucky.  He married  (1) Phoebe Collins, February 18, 1830 in Morgan County Indiana. ²  She was  born circa 1814 in Tennessee ¹, the daughter of Isaiah Collins and Elizabeth Mason.  Phoebe died between 1850 and 1860 when William was listed on the census as being married to Milly.    William married  (2) Mildred "Milly" Collins Jones Smith. ³

Children of William Jones and Phoebe Collins are:

                i.           Calvin Jones, born circa 1831 in Indiana.

My Line    ii.          George Jones, born circa 1834 in Indiana.
                              He married Jane Collins.

              iii.          Hiram Jones, born circa 1836 in Indiana.

               iv.         Gideon Jones, born circa 1838 in Missouri.

                v.          William J Jones, born circa 1842 in Missouri.

               vi.         John K Jones, born circa 1844 in Missouri.

              vii.         Francis M Jones, born circa 1849 in Missouri.

3.   Info from Paula Graves:   "William, Gideon's father,  did remarry after Gideon's mother died.  In fact, he married her sister,
      Milla Collins.   Milla had been married twice before she married William."
