John Chaney

                       John Chaney, born circa 1844 in Missouri, son of  Marcus Chaney  and Elizabeth Riley.   He married  Jane Collins Jones  (widow of  George Jones) circa 1865.

Notes:
*  The age of Jane is shown to be 23 but it should be circa 41 or 42.   However, I believe this is the correct Jane Collins (Jones, Chaney)  since she is living next to  Gideon Jones and Hiran Jones (in households 289 and 290) who are  her sons with former husband, George Jones, and on the other side of her are the households of some RILEY'S , who are probably relatives of John Chaney since his mother was Elizabeth Riley.
