                    Jane Collins was born circa 1839 in Indiana.  She was the daughter of
John Collins  ( William  Collins 4,  John Collins Sr 3,  William Collins 2,  James Collins 1)
       and
Margaret Collins  ( Levi Collins 5,  David Collins 4,  John Collins Sr 3,  William Collins 2,
     James Collins 1) .

She married (1) George Jones, son of  William  Jones and Phoebie Collins.  She married (2) John Chaney, son of Marcus Chaney and Elizabeth Riley.

Children of George Jones and Jane Collins are:

                i.           John William Jones, born February 1855 in Missouri.

               ii.          Gideon Jones   was born May 1857 in Missouri.

My Line   iii.          Hiram Jones, born July 1860 in Missouri.

               iv.         Mary J Jones, born circa 1862 in Missouri.

Child of John Chaney and Jane Collins is:

                i.           Winnie Chaney, born circa 1776 in Missouri.

*  The age of Jane is shown to be 23 but it should be circa 41 or 42.   However, I believe this is the correct Jane Collins (Jones, Chaney)  since she is living next to  Gideon Jones and Hiran Jones (in households 289 and 290) who are  her sons with former husband, George Jones, and on the other side of her are the households of some RILEY'S , who are probably relatives of John Chaney since his mother was Elizabeth Riley.
